September apparently didn't get the memo!
This week's heat had us thinking back to some of our favorite mornings cooling off at the Crew Center splash pad this summer. 💦

We're pretty sure the kids wouldn't mind one more splash-pad day! 😊

And just like that… they’re off to preschool!

It’s always bittersweet to say goodbye to our “big kids.” We’ve had the privilege of watching them grow, learn, laugh, make friends, and become the amazing little people they are today.

To our preschool-bound crew: we are so proud of you! Thank you to their families for allowing us to be part of these very special first years. We can’t wait to see what comes next!

Social development starts early!

At BBA, we love watching little relationships develop. Sometimes it looks like two kiddos laughing together. Sometimes it’s sitting side by side with the same toys. Sometimes it’s an older toddler showing a younger friend what to do. All of those small moments are helping children learn how to connect with the people around them.

Fresh air, sidewalks, chalk, and big imaginations! Outdoor art gives our toddlers a chance to explore different textures, express their creativity, and enjoy all the benefits of learning through play! 🎨

💦 Splash pad mornings are one of our favorite summer traditions!

As the children splash, explore, and play together, they're building friendships and enjoying the simple joy of being outside on a warm day!

A big thank you to The Crew Center for sharing this wonderful space with our BBA kiddos each morning.💙

💦🌿Water play is so much more than cooling off on a warm day!
Our kiddos squeezed pom-poms, poured water between containers, and explored different ways to move water. While they played, they were strengthening fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and many other developmental skills.

Swipe through to see a few of this week's Friday Smiles! 😊

🐿️🌿 Learning often starts with something simple.

On this day, scooping birdseed became an opportunity for our toddlers to build important developmental skills and talk about the wildlife just outside our window. When our favorite squirrel stopped by for a snack, the kiddos couldn't have been more excited!🐿️

These everyday moments are where curiosity grows. 💚🌿

🐸🌿Learning Through Nature🌿🐸

We sure are enjoying the frogs we find! This one sparked some BIG questions today!

💚 How big can frogs get - are they Big or Small?
💚 How much do they weigh - are they Heavy or Light?
💚 How do frogs move - do they walk or do they jump?

The best learning happens when children are curious enough to ask "Why?" and "How?" At BBA, every nature discovery becomes an opportunity to learn, explore, and grow.

We wish Everyone a SAFE and Happy 4th of July! ❤️
