About Vanessa (“ZumbaNess Fitness”)

With over 15 years of experience as a certified Zumba and fitness instructor, I bring energy, passion, and purpose to every class I teach. My journey in fitness has included a wide variety of formats — from Barbell and Toning to Yoga and Pilates — all designed to help others discover the joy of movement and reach their fitness, health, and social goals. s more than just a workout for me — it’s a celebration of life, music, and community. Whether you join me for Zumba, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, or Zumba Kids, you’ll experience a fun, supportive, and uplifting environment where everyone is welcome, no matter their age or fitness level. Outside the studio, I’m a dedicated Human Resources professional, community volunteer, and passionate animal advocate. Join us this Saturday, August 29 at 11:00 AM at the Beach Waterpark in Wood Dale for one last splash, workout, and LOTS of fun! 💪🩱☀️

After class, stick around for a fun AquaFit celebration with treats! 🍓🍇🥤🍦 We’ll have fruit, drinks, ice cream bars, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the pool together. 💙

✨ Walk-ins are welcome!

🕊️With Sympathy🕊️

It is with the greatest sadness I share news of our AquaFit friend and fellow aqua lady Eileen's passing. Eileen passed suddenly yesterday. We just shared sun, fun and smiles this past Saturday with Eileen at AquaFit class. This is very sudden and tragic news.

Condolences to Eileen's friends and family and to Jenny, her daughter, who also attends our aqua class. My heart goes out to you and we are here for you.

Join us for our NEW AquaFit class at the BEACH Waterpark 🏖️

Try Aqua fitness and get moving in a low-impact but high-energy workout! Perfect for all ages 18+ , easy on the joints, and a great method of moving your body, enjoying water 💦 and sun ☀️ and fun!

We will use a combination of Aqua cardio, water dumbbells, noodles and the pool wall in our session—lots of different options! Water, towel, sunscreen and aqua shoes are highly recommended.

💦 Drop-ins welcome 🤗

💦 AquaFit participants may remain at the Beach Waterpark following class on scheduled class days only.

💦 Our session may be extended for weather class cancellations

Get a full-body, low-impact workout in the water with AquaFit. This class combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises using the water’s natural resistance—perfect for all fitness levels and easy on the joints.
