We are thrilled to announce that Elizabeth "Liz" Bishop has been selected as a recipient of a $1,000 HOSA Scholarship sponsored by HCA! This incredible achievement recognizes her hard work, dedication, leadership, and commitment to the future of healthcare.

Liz will be honored at the HOSA International Leadership Conference, where she has also been invited to attend a special scholarship recipient dinner celebrating students from across the nation.

This is an outstanding accomplishment and a testament to the passion and perseverance Liz brings to everything she does. We are so proud to see her representing our program and community on the international stage!

Congratulations, Liz! Your future in healthcare is bright, and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish! 💙🩺🏆

Congratulations to our very own Ryker and Tavin for winning Gold and Silver in the "Skills USA NH State Championship for Marine Service Technology"! Ryker and Tavin are part of the first Marine Trades class at the Lakes Region Technology Center and are also part of the summer crew here at Goodhue Wolfeboro. Way to go guys!

On Saturday, March 21st, students from the Lakes Region Technology Center proudly attended the HOSA State Leadership Conference, demonstrating their knowledge, skills, and commitment to future careers in healthcare.

We are excited to share that our chapter was recognized as a Gold Chapter and earned 2nd place overall in the state—an outstanding achievement that reflects the hard work and dedication of our students.

Elizabeth Bishop also received a $1,000.00 Nursing Scholarship.

In addition to this recognition, the following students placed in their respective competitive events:

We are incredibly proud of all of our students who represented our program with professionalism, leadership, and excellence. Their success highlights the strength of our Health Science program and their bright futures in the healthcare field.

Congratulations to Ewan Nicoll for winning DECA State Officer! Congratulations to Alexis Fitch for placing second in role play for Entrepreneurship! The chapter also received Gold Certification for our School Based Enterprise program. This was completed by Kiernan Kolodner and Isabelle Fournier! The students were able to also complete our Thrive program which entails chapter leadership, community service, and presentations.

This year brought the toughest competition yet with record-breaking turnout in NH. We couldn’t be prouder of our 16 LRTC DECA students who stepped up and gave it their all. Huge congratulations to our team and to all NH DECA Chapters!! 🏆🎉
