From roommates to lifelong friends, Yezena Degu Endeshaw '21 and Carlota Rahola Funallet '21 made their way back to Wolfeboro this past weekend, traveling from New York City to walk around campus, reconnect, and reminisce! Hosted by former Associate Director of Athletics and JV Field Hockey Coach Kate Turner, they spent time touring campus alongside Fred and Meighan Garnsey, Byron Martin, and fellow alum Katherine Martin '21.

They enjoyed seeing the many updates around campus and were among the first to find their senior bricks in the new Reyes Family Courtyard senior walkway!

It is always a pleasure to see the connections made at Brewster continue long after graduation. We were so glad to have you home, Yezena and Carlota!

As the Reyes Family Courtyard continues to take shape, an important piece of Brewster history is now in place. All senior bricks have officially found their new home at the center of campus!

Each brick, carved by a graduating senior or post graduate, represents the lasting impact they leave on our community. Bricks from the former senior patio have been carefully lifted and reset in an expanded walkway, where they can be discovered by current students, future generations, and fellow alumni. Together, they create a lasting reminder of those who have walked these paths before us and the students who will continue that legacy for years to come.

A special thank you to Brewster alum Lenny Brochu ’19 and the Brochu family for their partnership and for bringing the care and personal touch that only a Bobcat can to such a meaningful project.

Alumni, as you scroll through these photos, can you spot your carving? Better yet, we invite you back to campus to find your brick in person and experience a little piece of Brewster history for yourself.

There is no better place to spend a summer day than along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, and Wolfeboro’s 4th annual Lake Winnipesaukee Day celebration was no exception!

Brewster was proud to take part as an event sponsor, joining families, friends, and neighbors for a day filled with carnival games, great food, and of course, spectacular views. The M/S Mount Washington and Winnipesaukee Belle were also docked for the day, adding to the fun along the waterfront.

Lake Winnipesaukee is more than a backdrop to our campus. It is a living part of the Brewster experience, and events like this continue to remind us how fortunate we are to call Wolfeboro and the Lakes Region home.

Our Field Hockey team hit the ground running this week with more than 15 student-athletes returning to campus for Prep Camp led by Head Coach Harrington. The girls spent four days training, bonding, and preparing for the season ahead.

After a near-playoff bid last season, expectations are high for this group. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish this fall!

Congratulations to Miller Lowry '27, named Club Leader of the Year at the 2026 National Neurodiversity Leadership Summit at the University of Denver last week.

Miller was recognized among nearly 250 Neurodiversity Alliance chapters nationwide for the impact of his leadership at Brewster. Representing Brewster alongside Emery Condon '27 and Callie Pilkington '26, Miller returned from the four-day summit with new ideas and an even stronger commitment to building community and advocacy here on campus.

We are proud of Miller and the entire Brewster ND Alliance community for the work they continue to do to create connection, inclusion, and opportunities for students to lead.

Sean Collins is Brewster's new head hockey coach, and before he even starts, he wants to talk to the people who built this program. Collins played Division 1 hockey at UNH, went on to the ECHL, and was an NHL draft pick. He's coached across New England for both schools and clubs.

He's hosting an open Zoom for all hockey alums this week (Thursday, Aug. 20) at 7 p.m. E.S.T. to hear your stories and your ideas for where the program goes next.

Haven't heard from him by email yet? Message with your email and he'll send you the link.

Radley Court has a fresh new look, and we could not be more excited for what this space means to our community.

This court has an impact on everyone at Brewster. Every student walks through those doors, whether for a basketball game, a school-wide gathering, an academic team event, or just a weekend activity with friends. It is where families cheer from the stands, where the local Wolfeboro community comes together, and where 27 NBA players first made their mark before going on to represent Brewster at the highest level of the game.

This summer, thanks to the extraordinary generosity of William and Kamil Walsh P'29, Radley Court got the facelift it deserved. Their gift touches every student, every family, and every person who walks through those doors. We are deeply grateful.

What is your favorite Radley Court memory? Share it below.

This summer, we have been lucky to welcome back some familiar alumni faces back to campus. Included in our photos: Carl Maltais-Beland '10 and his family; Shiori Brummer '02 and her family, and Jill (Krumsick) Howard '98 on a visit with Byron Martin. Each visit is a reminder that Brewster does not end at graduation. Instead, the relationships built here have a way of lasting.

Who else has made it back to Wolfeboro this summer? We would love to see your photos. Share them with us and let us know what brings you back.
