She spent years thinking her silence was “being good.”

It was really masking.
If you’ve ever felt like you had to shrink to belong, comment a 💛 - We want you to know you’re not alone.
Chelsea Kim Long said something I can’t stop thinking about:

'Fundamentalism doesn’t just live in religion - it can show up anywhere there’s pressure to pick a side, obey the script, and stop asking questions.'

That hit me hard.

Because so many of us were taught to hand over our voice, our desires, even our decisions - and then call it faith, maturity, or respect.

But what if your desires aren’t the problem?

What if they’re part of how you’re meant to find your way?

This conversation is for every woman, teen, and grown-up daughter still undoing the script.
Maybe the bravest thing is not becoming smaller.

Maybe it’s finally believing you were never too much.

We are so excited to introduce the newest member of the WBL Dover Chapter! Please join us in welcoming Kara Bos 💫

Kara is the Founder of Privé Gynecology.

Kara is a recovering employed physician, now a physician founder. She saw how the traditional system isn't working for women, so she built her own boutique gynecology practice, to be one that does.

She decided to invest in WBL to be around other women who bet on themselves. Building her own boutique gynecology practice has been the hardest, best decision of her career, and she wanted a community of founders who get that.

Connect with Kara!

Congratulations on investing in yourself, Kara! We cannot wait to meet, connect, and promote you.

Ever felt like you don’t belong? Here’s how one back brace taught Lisa Keslar the real lessons of teenage life.

Tag someone who needs to hear this!

As a teenager, Lisa wore a rigid back brace for scoliosis, feeling awkward and out of place. It made her stand out in a time when fitting in felt crucial.

But those years were just a chapter in her life story.
I learned persistence, compassion, and the importance of embracing our differences.

It’s a journey of realizing that our struggles don’t define us; they shape us into who we are meant to be.

Remember, your teen years are just the beginning.
Let’s celebrate our unique paths together!

He didn’t start out seeing himself as a leader — he became one by rewriting the story he believed about himself.
