At T’s Karate, sometimes we like to get creative with our partner work and team building training outside of our normal class time. Especially when we know we can make it fun — but effective — with the assortment of drills we use.

Last week, we worked on different techniques that allowed for some competitive humor while building partner/team chemistry at the same time. 🥋🥋

We focused on the basics - kicking drills, plus bo staff drills for the brown belts. 🤎
