You don’t have to be “strong enough” before you start aerial. 💜

That’s what class is for.

Aerial gives you the opportunity to build strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence while learning something that’s completely different from your typical workout.

Start where you are. Learn at your own pace. And you might be surprised by just how much you’re capable of. ✨

Ready to get off the ground? Come try aerial at Cen4PAL! 🎪

Learning a new song on piano doesn’t have to happen all at once. 🎹

One of the best ways to make a new piece feel less overwhelming? Break it down.

🎵 Start with your right hand and get comfortable with the melody.
🎵 Practice the left hand on its own.
🎵 Then slowly bring the two together.

It may feel tricky at first, but that moment when both hands finally start working together? That’s progress you can hear. 🙌

Keep practicing, keep learning, and don’t be afraid to slow it down. What are you working on right now?

Turn the sound up for this one. 🔊👞

There’s just something about tap — learning the steps, finding the rhythm, and getting to make a little noise while you do it. 🎶

Whether you’re stepping into tap shoes for the first time or building on skills you already have, every class is another chance to grow your confidence, coordination, and musicality.

Ready to make some music with your feet? Come tap with us at Cen4PAL! ✨

🎤 One small change can make a BIG difference in your voice.

One of the first things vocal instructor Jennifer notices with newer singers? They’re singing the same way they talk — with very little movement in their mouth.

Her tip: open up!

By exaggerating that movement and creating more space, your notes can start to feel like they’re falling out instead of being forced out. 🎶

Watch Jennifer break it down using a little ABBA — and see how one simple adjustment can change the way you sing.

Ready to find your voice? Vocal lessons at Cen4PAL are a great place to start. 🎤✨

What does your first Bollywood dance class look like? 💃🏽✨
