You are invited to attend a virtual community workshop (Thursday Nov. 18th, 12:30–1pm) to learn about how to identify and use autumn olives and wild grapes to make fruit leather (kind of like a "fruit roll-up"). You will also learn how to avoid poisonous look-alikes to these plants! Students from the Local Flora class at UVA-Wise put together a video to show the process during the workshop, and then we will be there to answer any questions you all have about wild edible plants! This will be a Facebook live event on this page. We will be monitoring Facebook to read questions you may type here.
Thursday, Nov. 18th 12:30–1pm.
