Wisconsin River Woodcarvers, INC Central Wisconsin's Premier Woodcarving Club We're a fun-loving group that loves to carve and with various areas of specialty and levels of expertise.

Our club meets Tuesdays from 6-9 PM in Stevens Point at The Lincoln Center (1519 Water Street) and Wednesdays 5:30-8 PM in Wisconsin Rapids at the 1st Congressional Church (311 2nd Street S). Whether you've been carving for decades or are a first time carver, everyone is welcome to join our club! Business Meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of the Month from 6:30-7:30 PM. We try to bring in a few carvi

ng classes a year and have some top-notch instructors with us year-round if you need some tips or advice or just want to see some amazing creations. If you are looking to hire a woodcarver, please send us a message and we will try to get back to you in a timely manner. There are a number of carving clubs in Wisconsin and there may be some in your area! You will be encouraged to reach out to your local clubs first- we can help you find them if you need some help! It's time once again to get signed up for this year's CCA School of Caricature Carving to be held on September 21-23, 2026, after the CCA competition in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The CCA Competition is being held in conjunction with the Wisconsin River Woodcarvers Show and Sale on September 19-20, 2026.

This year's instructors are Terry Moss, Rich Wetherbee, and Jim Hiser and spots are limited!!
