Footsteps ~Essential~
Reggio inspired, play based family childcare. Play is our curriculum
Info- http://ww I have been in your shoes.

Hello. My name is Heather and I know how hard it is to find quality childcare with out spending a lot of money. After my daughter was born my husband and I were faced with the challenge of finding good yet affordable daycare. At the time we were looking, I was working in a daycare center. We could not afford the going rate for an infant at the center that I worked in. So we paid some one else to do the job and I been trained to do for over 10 years. That didn't seem very smart to us so I said why don't I provide my services to other parents who were also in the same position: Trying to find someone you could trust to care for your most important thing you love with out going broke in the process.

Making applesauce 🍎 I often get asked what do the kids do all day? Do they really just play? What they don’t see or what some don’t understand are the moments like this. Often the Littles help me make the meal for the day, they set the table for lunch, and even chop apples. This is the learning that you cannot see. There isn’t a tracing sheet or artwork that can show the amount of learning that is happening in these pictures. 🏡
