Hello, my name is Devon Hinckley, known as Mainer Sparta, OCR pro in training and Current Spartan Race Elite Athlete on a mission to stoke the inner passion and keeping the fire going in every athlete who wants to join me in my regimes.
I would like to also offer mini lessons that last 5 to 10 minutes, and my price per lesson is 2 dollars per person per view in each mini lesson. It's a good price. Let's say, someone gets ten mini lessons in a month, it's 20 bucks per month having ten mini lessons. That's a good monthly price to have. Let me know either on messenger or post a message on my page and I will post the lesson for you.

Here's my nutritional hint for the day: Any food product that is in the natural food/ organic aisle, I highly recommend picking because the less processed ingredients the better. You don't have to give up anything you like, you just need to switch up to products that have more natural ingredients because foods that are all processed can really hurt your body quickly. The less ingredients on the labels the better.
Home fitness tip of the day: your pet cat or dog can be your exercise partners too; for example, to mix in a squat, just hold a pet cat in your arms and squat down to make it more interesting for you and your furry partner
Nutritional Advice for the night: in every good balanced meal are three important key food factors, protien, carbs, and nutrients. Protein is found in meats, eggs and nuts for muscle repair. Carbs help the protein absorb into the muscles. The nutrients in the produce is also important mostly for the body to function.
Important Exercise Advice: when getting ready for a good workout, a project, walking around, or a good run around, always stretch up your muscles for 5 minutes. No more than ten seconds for each muscle stretch. Same goes for cooling down as well.
