Liberty Bell High School will have a new head coach at the helm of the high school girls basketball program next year, having selected Liam Daily to assume head coaching duties. Coach Daily will be replacing another outstanding coach, Korrie Bourn, who led the program for four years prior to stepping down this spring.

Coach Daily's Background

Liam Daily was born and raised in Winthrop, Washington, graduating from Liberty Bell High School. Afterwards, Liam went on to receive a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Harvard University and a subsequent Master's degree in Teaching from Western Governors University. Upon graduating, Liam returned to the Methow Valley to teach and coach at Liberty Bell.

Liam has been coaching with the Liberty Bell Women's Basketball program for six years, starting at the middle school level, and eventually working with Coach Bourn as an assistant high school coach for the past four years. Off the court, Liam is the head coach for Liberty Bell High School Cross Country, and assists here and there with the Track and Field team.

Coach Daily is very excited to take on this new role with the team and to continue working with such an exceptional group of students.

With a great year on the books, we're on to the next one. Registration is open for 2026-2027 athletics. Here's the link to sign up:

As always with Final Forms, it is possible to register student athletes for all upcoming sports seasons (fall through spring). This year, it is also possible to register athletes for our ongoing summer sports programs.

If your athlete is, will be, or even might be interested in participating in summer training with one of our summer programs, I would encourage you to sign them up, as it will help facilitate communication from coaches about opportunities to practice and play and allow coaches to share schedule changes or other important updates.

For Liberty Bell athletics, 2025-2026 is going to be a tough act to follow. For Liberty Bell athletes, that work begins now.

FinalForms assists high school athletic departments with online collection and management of student eligibility, coaching certifications, medical information, and much more.

Each year, schools in the Central Washington B League earn points based on their finish in the regular-season standings across all sports. Points are tallied at the end of the year and the Central Washington 2B Cup goes to the school with the highest mark.

This year, for the first time since the award was established in 2022, Liberty Bell High School topped all league rivals to bring home the CWB Cup.

There are so many who have contributed to this success and deserve recognition for their contributions to this win. Leading the way have been Liberty Bell's outstanding coaches, who have built programs where student-athletes feel welcomed, valued, and supported, and where they are challenged to work hard, dig deep and pursue excellence every day.

Fittingly, this award was presented at the Senior Award Night on June 4th, 2026. Our outstanding group of senior athletes played an outsized role in this win. Their legacy, not only as the first senior class to bring the CWB Cup home to Liberty Bell, but also as great teammates, fierce competitors, and steadfast leaders, serves as a powerful example to current and future Liberty Bell athletes.

Keira Stanforth

“If I could have a superpower, I would want to be able to speak to animals,” Keira writes.

After graduation, Keira plans to get her hours at a hospital done for the pre-recs to be a sonographer. In 7 years, Keira imagines she’ll be working at a hospital somewhere.

Advice for younger students: “Do your homework, it matters.”

Congratulations, Keira! Wishing you all the best!
