It was a great first day for the students of WMS! Our sixth graders started the day in the gymnasium, and then moved off to their home rooms to excitedly learn about their lockers and so much more! Students were chosen by their teachers based on their effort, how they treat others, and how they look out for others.

Each winner received a certificate, bumper sticker, and a $25 gift certificate to the Book Depot.

The Winthrop Elks has supported WMS for a number of years. They present this award each month starting in October and ending in May. Thank you to Gerry from the Elks for coming down to present the awards.
