WSPA is growing, and so isn’t our tremendously talented and caring team!
Please help us in welcoming Miss Jeana, our Friday acro instructor for the 2026/2027 dance season.
Jeana DelloRusso is a dancer, educator, and choreographer from Boston, Massachusetts. She began dancing at the age of three at Paula Terenzi’s Dance Complex, where she trained for 15 years in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, pointe, musical theatre, contemporary, and hip-hop. She later continued her dance education at Boston Arts Academy as a dance major, studying a wide range of styles including ballet, modern, African, ballroom, jazz, and hip-hop.
Throughout her training, Jeana has attended master classes with renowned dance professionals nationwide, including Debbie Allen, tWitch, Sandy Duncan, Sam Fiorello, and more. Her accomplishments include being named Miss Dance of Massachusetts through the United States Tournament of Dance in 2022, along with multiple national titles, scholarships, and special awards throughout her competitive dance career. She has also performed at venues including Disney Performing Arts, Hershey Park, and Debbie Allen’s off-Broadway production of “Brothers of the Knight” in Boston. Jeana was also a member of the G-League Maine Celtics dance team during the 2022–2023 season.
Jeana is a certified dance educator through the Dance Teachers’ Club of Boston, a member of the organization, and serves on the Board of Directors for Dance Masters of New England Chapter 5. A message to all the 2026 WSPA dancers…
As we enter recital weekend, please take a moment to reflect on how far you have all come, the new skills you have mastered and the friendships you have created within the studio this season.
All of your time, effort and dedication has paid off and you are finally at the MOMENT you have been working so hard towards.
May this weekend fill you with so much joy, as you are surrounded by those who share the same passion for dance and performing as you do! I hope you love that feeling of the stage lights on your face as much as I love to see you all come to life under them...
And I hope you always carry that indescribable feeling with you and why you love to dance.
We are BORN TO PERFORM!
I am SO proud of each and every one of you always, and am so lucky to have you here!
Now…LETS DO THIS!!!!

Words from Senior Elaina, from our acting and music department-
WSPA has always been a safe space to fall for me. It has fostered my love for the arts, giving me the creative outlets that have shaped my life. I have found so many parts of myself within the programs WSPA offers. My classes have gone far beyond picking difficult guitar chords, learning where a note comfortably sits in my voice or the difference between upstage and downstage.
Without Sara and Christine’s guidance, I would not be the person I am today. They have supported me every step of the way; going out of their way to invest in me as a person not just as a performer.
I have gained some of my most meaningful friendships through WSPA’s programs and will forever be thankful for their impact on my life. What may have started as merely extracurriculars, quickly turned into a home. However that is the beauty of WSPA, it will stay with me long after I graduate. I will think of WSPA in every song I sing and every chord heard from my guitar. As long as I am a musician, WSPA will always be a part of me.
Elaina has been an all star staple at WSPA for many years! Attending, then assisting all summer theatre camps along with running the backstage during our spring dance recitals.
Elaina will be attending Simmons in the fall and she will be missed far beyond words can explain!
