Victims First Class is a wrap, the class rather small in attendance but the passion to better themselves was massive and the students gave 100% + Friday and Saturday in Pulaski VA. The cadre put in 4 days with building out and running the two programs in Southwest VA. We have to give the big thank you to the brothers at Pulaski Fire Department for aiding in rehab, air supply, suppling Engine and Tanker. Also thanks to Wytheville Fire Department for the use of Rescue Engine 1. Also Larry with VA Firefighters Association for the hospitality and opportunity, and Michael Parris for all his assistance.

Short Staffed Engine - These are some photos of the short staffed engine program conducted in Southwest VA yesterday, topics covered included, water supply, effective hose deployment and advancement, search of the line, ground ladders and much more. We would like to thank Pulaski Fire Department and Chief Corner for the support as well as Chief Michael Parris from Fire Programs for his assistance. More coming tomorrow with Victims First.

We completed final prep for the Short Staffed Engine Program that is being conducted today starting at 1pm in Pulaski VA, the cadre worked into the night and are locked in looking for a great day of wins!!
