One of my favorite things about teaching is the students who love multiple instruments. I truly believe that everything we learn on one instrument can improve our understanding of another and as music overall.

In order to create the best environment for each student, myself, and the studio as a whole, I require each student or parent/guardian to sign a contract listing out my studio rules. This contract details out the expectations for all parties. If you have any questions, I am happy to talk.

Congratulations to HTM student Spencer on a fantastic Eastern All-District Honors Band audition! Spencer made All County and was selected as the 1st alternate for All District. Way to go, Spencer!

Sometimes my students absolutely blow me away. We are in the thick of it for recording projects, and I couldn’t be prouder of my student Naila. This is her first time learning a non classical or jazz song (i.e. her comfort zone), but she committed to it 100%. Can’t wait to add drums and vocals to it!

Happy Thanksgiving from me and the happy tails! I am so grateful that I get to teach and work on music every day as my career. Thank you to all of my students and their families for trusting me to work with them through their musical journeys.
