Announcing the first fundraiser for WHS Class of 2027 Post Prom Committee!!!!!

Calendar orders will be taken through Sunday, June 1st. They will be available for pick up on Thursday May 22nd 5:00-6:30pm and Thursday June 12th 5:00-6:30pm in HS parking lot. All payments will be due before or at time of pick up.

Calendars have district dates on them (not activities).

🚨 One week until Prom! 🚨

We are trying to finalize prizes and want to send every student home with a gift card! The online waiver needs to be filled out for EVERY student attending post prom (including out of town guests). The deadline to complete the waiver is Friday, April 11th but early registration is appreciated!

Students DO NOT need to attend prom to be able to come to post prom! Encourage every junior and senior to join in on the post prom fun!

Below is a sign up for drinks to be donated to post prom. We have the funds to purchase them; however, we would like to allocate some of those
funds to send every kid home with a gift card on the way out the door. If you would like to purchase an item, please use the sign up link below. There is also a spot for a Venmo donation if you would rather not have to shop for the item.

Tip...Sam's Club has a deal on mini Alanis right now...24 pack for $18.

We are starting to prepare for the Annual Online Facebook Auction. This will be our largest (and potentially final!) fundraiser that will hopefully give us the final funds needed to provide our kids with a safe and fun event.

We need everyone's help with making this successful! If you would like to donate to the auction that will be held in February, please reach out to Staci Sheffield, Betsy Little, or Steph Bellamy. I am starting to organize this event and early donations would be much appreciated.

Last week to get Gift Cards/Den Credit Post Prom gets 10% of the total profits!

Share with family and friends. Link to order:

$50 club credit -To use the club credit the person receiving the credit will check in with their phone number when they get to the Den and it will pop up. There will also be an option on the school/hospital delivery order form that allows you to select ‘club credit’ as payment!
