🚌 Washington, D.C. here we come! 🚌

The Seminole County Safety Patrol trip is returning in 2027, giving our 5th-grade safety patrols another opportunity to experience our nation’s capital! 🏛️✨

From visiting historic landmarks to learning about our nation’s history firsthand, this trip gives our young leaders the chance to learn, explore, and make memories that will last well beyond the school year.

Interested in learning more? Parents and guardians are invited to join us for an upcoming informational meeting where we’ll share details about the 2027 trip and answer questions.

Our students are already hard at work learning, growing, and making the most of every opportunity. -Allows students to receive care from our Clinic Assistant and/or School Board Nurse

-Shirts purchased before 8/16 will be delivered the week of 8/27. If purchased after 8/16, shirts to be picked up and delivered every 2 weeks.

-MySchoolBucks is utilized for paying for breakfast/lunch, field trips, and any other clubs or events

First Day of School Reminders:
- First bell to allow students in the building is 8:05, school starts at 8:35 and the late is at 8:40. Please DO NOT drop off your student prior to 8:05am, as there is no staff supervision.
-VPK & Kindergarten Families: On the first day we welcome you to our PTA's Boohoo breakfast, in which you will need to check in at the front desk with driver's license or state issued ID. You will not be able to walk your student into their classroom, when you walk themdown the hall we will walk them to their Kindergarten holding area and you'll be able to join PTA in the Media Center. VPK parents will drop off your student with Mrs. Heminger and also be able to attend the PTA Boohoo breakfast

*We know everyone has places to be but STUDENT SAFETY is our biggest priority. We ask ALL PARENTS to adhere to the procedures above to have a safe and timely arrival and dismissal.

REMINDER OF TONIGHT'S MEET THE TEACHER & CURRICULUM NIGHT!

We are excited to see our families tonight from 4-6pm, please note that parking will be available in the main parking lot and the bus loop. Please do not park at Funtastic Daycare. If you do park on the bus loop you will be directed to the front entrance of the main building. Thank you and we look forward to seeing all our huskies.
