A summer drink that's single-serve, uses up leftovers AND is super refreshing? Say less.

WATERMELON LIMEADE RECIPE:
3 T. sugar
3 T. hot water
Zest of 1 large lime
Juice of 2 1/2 large limes or 1/4 c. of lime juice
2 cups diced watermelon
Ice

1. Add watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth. Place a fine mesh strainer over a measuring cup and strain the watermelon juice to remove the pulp. Set aside.
2. To a large glass add the sugar, lime zest and pour in the hot water. Cover with a lid and shake or whisk until the sugar dissolves. Squeeze in lime juice and add strained watermelon juice then shake again.
3. Fill a serving glass with ice and pour the limeade over the top. Enjoy! 🍉🍋‍🟩
