As a childcare provider, one of my biggest prayers has always been to help children know that God loves them.

That prayer inspired me to create My First Walk With God. 🤍

A personalized 30 day devotional designed to introduce little hearts (ages 2–5) to God’s love through simple Bible stories, prayers, hands on activities, and meaningful conversations.

Every child deserves to know just how deeply they are loved by God, and I pray this becomes a special part of their journey.

This month, we’ve been learning all about the ocean, so what better way to bring our theme to life than a trip to SEA LIFE Aquarium!
The children had so much fun seeing sea creatures up close and exploring the underwater world together. 💙

🌊 Ocean Adventure in a Jar 🌊

Today our little explorers created their very own ocean habitats!

They scooped sand, added ocean rocks, chose sea creatures and shells, then watched their underwater worlds come to life. 🐠🐚

Activities like this help strengthen fine motor skills, encourage creativity, and spark conversations about ocean life all while having fun.

I think they were pretty proud of their creations. 💙😊

🔬🌊 Little Scientist Thursday: Ocean Engineers 🚢

Today our little explorers became ocean engineers! We built boats, tested what would float, and discovered how many sea creatures our boats could carry before sinking.

The children made predictions, took turns adding fish and shells, and watched closely to see what would happen next.

Learning through play, curiosity, and hands-on discovery is what we do best at Whitney’s Divine Care. 💙🐠🌊
