💜Hey there! You may call me Eva. I grew up hating labels being placed on me (because none of them seemed true or pleasant), but recently I have found new words that describe me perfectly. These include (but are not limited to): Autistic, ADHD, RSD, PDA, Wife, Mama, Disabled, worldschooler, adventurer, traveler, tree hugger, and spiritual being on a human journey. ☘️ Happy Paddy’s Day! Grandma Star loved making corned beef, cabbage, and green mashed potatoes for this holiday. So this year, Patrick honored her memory by making corned beef from a raw brisket. After sitting in a brine for 9 days, the meat was roasted for hours to create a salty and tender meal. Nothing lasted of this celebratory dinner. We love and miss you, Grandma Star 🌟
