You are invited to the opening reception of Beneath a Clear Blue Sky: Photographs of September 11, by photographer David Forrest, on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 PM.

Throughout this exhibition, guests will notice that rather than focusing solely on the destruction of that day, Forrest's photographs reveal the profoundly human moments that emerged in its wake: a mother comforting her child, strangers finding strength together, and ordinary people navigating extraordinary circumstances.

His images invite viewers to move beyond headlines and remember the individuals whose lives were forever changed.

A memorial gathering is also planned for September 11, 2026, providing an opportunity for the community to come together in remembrance and reflection while honoring those whose lives were affected by the events of September 11. Join us on Friday, September 11, at 10 AM.
