We’ve reimagined this experience to be more impactful, flexible, and rewarding for both you and your mentee. Your insights will help a student take their next giant leap with confidence.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Time Commitment: Approximately one hour per month from October to April
Location: Primarily virtual, allowing mentors and students to connect regardless of location
Program Structure: One-on-one mentorship focused on personal growth, career exploration, professional development, and navigating the transition from college to career
Mentor Onboarding: Preprogram orientation from late July through August
Resources: Mentor guide and ongoing resources throughout the program

Please note that our mentorship program will be capped at approximately 500 matches. Alumni who are not selected will still have opportunities to engage with students through flash mentoring, networking events, and professional development programming throughout the year.
