Our day started with an unexpected adventure as we rescued a lost puppy and helped reunite him with his family! ❤️

Then, campers became food preservation experts, learning how communities have conserved food throughout history. They made their own pickle jars, prepared homemade jam, and explored the importance of preserving seasonal foods.

To finish the day, campers took part in an interactive supply chain game, discovering how farmers, producers, distributors, and retailers work together to bring food from the farm to our tables 🍽

Campers explored how heat changes food and materials through games, discussions, and hands-on activities. They created their own chocolate bars, learned knife safety and food preparation skills, and prepared fresh fruit for a delicious chocolate fondue experience 🍫🍓
