It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of one of our tow pilots, Cole Robinson. Cole had been flying at Seminole-Lake since 2018 as a member of the Lakeland Aeroclub, and last year he joined our team as a weekend tow pilot.
Cole, you will be deeply missed. Fly high.🤍

As Chief Flight Instructor for Synergy Aero, I wanted to reach out to our aviation family and the local community. We have received countless messages, calls, and texts checking on our pilots following last night’s tragic accident. We are grateful for your concern, and yes, our team is safe.

Unfortunately, this tragedy has touched us all in a much deeper way. The young man involved was a beloved member of our aviation community and a friend to many. His passion for flying, his character, and the impact he made on those around him will not be forgotten.

Today, our hearts are with his family, friends, fellow pilots, and everyone whose life he touched. The aviation community is a small one, and when we lose one of our own, we all feel that loss.

We ask that you keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. Fly high, my friend. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. ❤️✈️
