Learning was in full swing at Garden Grove Elementary today! 🎉
📖 3rd grade students rotated through Reading Stations and practiced Fluency skills, helping them become stronger, more confident readers.
➗ 4th grade students put their math skills to the test as they worked together to determine if equations were true, explaining their thinking and supporting their answers with evidence.
From reading to math, our students are building the skills they need to succeed while having fun along the way! We love seeing such active engagement in our classrooms. ❤️

🐾 Our Bobcats Have a Wish List! 🐾

After an awesome PBIS Reward Day, students asked if we could add some new items for future reward events!

We're looking for donations of: 🎲 UNO Cards 🎲 Go Fish Cards 🎨 Play-Doh ✂️ Play-Doh Tool Sets

If you'd like to help, donations may be dropped off at the front office and marked PBIS Rewards.

🐾🎉 Our First PBIS Reward Day is Tomorrow! 🎉🐾

Tomorrow we will celebrate our students who have been demonstrating our PAWS Expectations by participating in our very first PBIS Reward Day!

✅ Students who earned a reward will be bringing home a PBIS bracelet today.
✅ The bracelet must be worn to school tomorrow so we can easily identify the reward each student earned.
✅ We will not have time during the school day to look up earned rewards, so please help us by making sure bracelets stay on and come back to school tomorrow.

👕 Students who earned a bracelet may wear a shirt of their choice tomorrow as part of their reward! Shirts must: • Be school appropriate
• Have sleeves
• Not contain inappropriate words, symbols, or images
• Not have hoods

❓Questions about PBIS points or rewards? Please contact your child's teacher. Student agendas should also show daily PBIS point totals. Your child's teacher is the best first point of contact for any questions regarding points and rewards.
