If you have been following me for any amount of time you may know that I work for I think it often confuses people when I explain this because they think of the event itself. IRONMAN is much more than an event. Its a passionate community of people who love to push their boundaries. These are my people.

This weekend I am out from behind the desk at our Inaugural IRONMAN Jacksonville event taking place this Saturday. Today began athlete check in and I am once again reminded how lucky I am to do what I love for a living.

Meeting people of all ages ready to take on an IRONMAN is so inspiring. It was great to see a few friends today. Looking forward to meeting more athletes over the next few days and being here to cheer everyone on for this race!

Today is a special day for women everywhere. I spent time last night logging in my races from 2024 & 2025 onto my boards seen here. It reminds me of the deep passion I have for everything sport has given me. Every moment here started with the support and community of other women just like me. I could have never anticipated how the decision to try running would ultimately change everything I knew about myself. It opened up a part of me that was there all along.


I am so grateful to the coaches that have been a part of my journey. I took on coaching as well as a way to give back. Beyond coaching, some may know I work for The IRONMAN Group. It is quite crazy to believe that each day I am invested in sport in ways that I could have only dreamt of. It's a blessed place to be to combine my personal passions with my professional expertise. Being in this career immediately opened my mind to the incredible world of triathlon. My endurance journey has been quite amazing with many ups and downs, but one thing I can say for sure is that my very first coach, Lynn Gray inspired me to become an athlete for life. I am here for it all. For the long haul. Start where you are. Reach out for help. I promise you, anything is truly possible 💗

Starting the year off with the Gaspy 15K always makes me happy. This is one of my favorite distances. More to come on my next reel, first time shooting footage during the race!

One sunny day in Vienna 🤩 I really lucked out that they primary day I had chosen to spend exploring Vienna was bright and sunny. Not seen here was the fact that it was quite cold and windy, but it was just so beautiful to see the city, it was worth it. In this video, which was the second half of my day, I was exploring Naschmarkt, Burggarten and made my way to Demel café. Its truly a gorgeous city. I wish I had more time to spend. Very glad I took the leap to add this city onto my trip!

I had the opportunity to do a longer run during my trip to Vienna, so I looked for where the locals go and found this super cool location called Donainusel. Keep in mind, its February, not the most beautiful time to visit, but I can absolutely appreciate this place would be a runners heaven. Its literally an island with trails for walking, running, biking that goes on for miles. I believe the full length of the island is 21km, so you could really run any distance. The Danube River is on either side.

The day I ran it was in the 30's and gloomy, got 6 miles in. Its hard to run easy there when there was such ideal weather temps; runners problems 😂

First day exploring Prague! It's been an incredible visit here. I've really enjoyed my time here. The people, the city, the food, the beauty has been amazing! I have a little more time here (day 4 of my stay) before I head to my next destination!

Now we are cooking with gas 😅...got in a nice run yesterday after work with a handful of pickups. Something about running fast that just makes you feel so good. Plus I think I have sorted out how to shoot video with better stability ✅️🧢😉
