The conversations, the open-dialogue that everyone is going to need to engage in.... Food for thought.
I am genuinely interested in hearing your perspectives in the comments below.
This is NOT an opportunity to bash etc... a real dialogue including fears and concerns, but also a look at the bigger picture ---
We cannot change what IS happening, so how are YOU going to "deal with it"?
Complaining and moaning without real solution options is not condusive to anything benefical for anyone.
