ATTENTION PARENTS:

The Coalition is currently enrolling non-school age children from the waitlist. If you have a family that has applied for school readiness funding please have them check their account to see if they received a funding notification, if so they should complete the application process. If you have a family that may qualify for school readiness funding, please have them complete the waitlist application located on our website.

Experienced preschool teachers who have completed the 45-hours of DCF childcare training. Must be able to engage and nurture children and be dependable. Must pass background screening and be willing to continue his or her early childhood education.

Christians Early Childhood Development in Winter Haven, FL is opening a second location on Havendale Blvd NW. We are currently looking for 5 childcare workers to join our 16 person strong team at a location to be determined based on your qualifications. We are located on 120 Ave E Southwest. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities
Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents
Assist in preparing food and serving meals
Maintain a clean and sterile environment

Qualifications

45 Mandatory Hours of Childcare Training

Preferred:

Currently has an active CDA

Proven experience in this field is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, bend and stand
