Students in Summer Bridge and Camp Early Bird are learning routines, making new friends, building confidence, and getting excited for their big first day of school. We can’t wait to see these future kindergarteners soar higher! ☀️📚

Our students in ELL, ESY, 2nd Grade Power-Up Camp, and 3rd Grade Summer Learning are working hard, making new friends, building confidence, and having a blast along the way. We love seeing our Osprey’s continue soaring higher all summer long! 🩵💚

🍎☀️ Summer Meals at South Pointe Elementary ☀️🍎

South Pointe Elementary is proud to be a Summer Meals Program site!

Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00-12:30 PM

Summer meals are provided through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Breakfast and lunch are free and available to all children and teens 18 years old and younger.

📍 Location: South Pointe Elementary

✅ Children must be present to receive a meal.
✅ Adults may accompany students but meals are only available to eligible children and teens.

We are excited to welcome families to our Summer Learning Open House for students participating in Polk County summer programs!

This is a great opportunity to meet staff, learn about summer expectations, and get ready for a summer of growth and learning!

🚤🪙 Ms. McDuffie’s 1st grade class put their engineering skills to the test by designing boats and seeing how many coins they could hold before sinking! 🌊

Students predicted, tested, counted, redesigned, and maybe even had a few dramatic shipwrecks along the way 😂⚓

Hands-on learning + creativity + a little friendly competition = the perfect recipe for fun! We love seeing our young scientists and engineers at work! 👏
