We are excited to share that Young Founders Society founder Lenka Brady is taking the runway! ✨

Lenka will join an incredible group of business and community leaders at the Fashion Show of Philanthropy, supporting a mission that closely aligns with what Young Founders Society stands for - creating opportunities for young people to discover what they are capable of.

It is also especially meaningful as we prepare for the launch of the Young Founders Foundation, Inc. an initiative being built to bring entrepreneurship education, mentorship, and real-world opportunities to children and teens from underserved families.

Different paths. Same belief.

Whether through sports, entrepreneurship, education, or mentorship, giving a young person access to the right opportunity can change the direction of their life.

We are proud to see Lenka joining fellow community leaders who are stepping forward to help create more of those opportunities.

And this time, she’s doing it from the runway. Join Lenka and the fellow community business leaders. Link to register is below. 👇

📣JOIN THE FOUNDING TEAM AT PLANT STREET ACADEMY

Part-Time Educator Opportunities | Fall 2026 & Spring 2027
Winter Garden + Historic Downtown Clermont

Plant Street Academy is growing and we are looking for exceptional educators who want to grow with us.
We are currently hiring part-time educators with elementary, middle school, and high school experience for our Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 programs at:

Winter Garden: 855 E Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL
Clermont: Our new Historic Downtown Clermont location

This is more than a traditional teaching position. We are building an award-winning education brand with a long-term vision for expansion, and we are looking for entrepreneurial educators who are excited about the opportunity to be part of a founding team as we grow.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want educators who:
Have experience teaching elementary, middle, and/or high school students
Believe education should prepare students for real life, not simply a test
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table
Are adaptable and comfortable working in a growing, startup-style environment
Aren't afraid of hard work or helping build something from the ground up
Bring integrity, passion, and FUN into the classroom
Value collaboration, creativity, communication, and hands-on learning
We are especially interested in finding an educator who can help us develop and implement our growing elementary program.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Educators will work under the guidance and leadership of our Director of Homeschool Programs, Dorothea Holcomb, while also having opportunities to bring their own expertise, creativity, and ideas into our community.

Starting compensation: $20/hour, with opportunities to grow as the Academy grows.

Beyond regular teaching, educators may have the opportunity to:
Develop and lead their own workshops and specialty programs
Build relationships within our growing community of students and homeschool families
Help shape new programs and curriculum
Take on expanded leadership responsibilities
Potentially lead or operate a future Plant Street Academy location
We are thinking long-term. Homeschooling and parent-directed education continue to grow throughout Clermont, Minneola, Winter Garden, and beyond, and our vision is to build Plant Street Academy into a nationwide education brand.

For the right people, this is an opportunity to get involved early and grow alongside us.

Plant Street Academy is an award-winning organization backed by decades of combined experience in education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and youth development.

If you're looking for a perfectly predictable classroom where everything has already been built, this probably isn't it.
If you want to help build what education can become, we'd love to meet you.

You can’t control every influence your teen will face.
You can’t always stop the comparison, quiet the negative thoughts, choose their friends, or make every decision for them.
But you can help prepare them for the moment when they have to do it for themselves.

Forged to Succeed is a 4-week Mental Performance & Personal Development Series where teens learn to understand their thoughts, communicate better, navigate social media and self-image, and turn goals into action.

The most important things we can give our kids is the ability to lead themselves when we’re not in the room.

Our first workshop starts September 3rd. Step Up or Direct Pay. Register now. 🔗👇
