Make sure you are taking care of you first.
Getting back after it! Been dealing with some nagging injuries. I'm back and here to stay. It's important to get all muscle from different angles to develop the entire muscle and not just specific areas.

Let's all really focus on being there best version of ourselves going forward! That's not to be vain or self absorbed, but really allowing fitness to transform our spirit, our minds, and then the physical will take care of the rest! If course you have to have a well balanced relationship with food and the benefits of food, and it's okay to have a little self indulgence with food also. Let's move forward people and just be happy and enjoy life.
