I'm so proud of this 130 #, goal for end of year is 135 #. I had been stuck at 110, 115 for a long time but staying consistent is the name of the game. Can't wait to push 45's 🙌

Did you get your post Thanksgiving feast walking done? I hope so! Will working out today make a dent in the calories you eat today? Probably not. Will todays indulgence ruin your progress if you have been consistent with working out and keeping a deficit in your diet? Probably not. 10 or 20 days of over eating out of 365 days of consistency really doesn't make or break your fitness goals. So I enjoyed my meal, had seconds, enjoyed time with my family and tomorrow back to the gym and my morning egg whites 🙃 🙂 😋

Quick easy tasty lunch! Joseph's pita pocket stuffed with lettuce, grilled pulled chicken with low fat mayo, shredded cheese, raisins and a little mango habanero sauce. That was good!
