Youth Sports, One on One Training, Conditioning and Strength Training sessions are high intensity and will focus on proper execution of all movements.
CEO Fitness Classes produce results by effectively combining weight lifting (both Olympic and power), gymnastics (Core) and sprinting. It is the program of choice for many Athletes, and everyday folks looking to achieve greater levels of fitness. To maximize results we suggest training 5 days in a row, followed by 2 days of rest or 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest. This ensures prope
r programming, progression, and recovery. This is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Endurance. The class/group setting produces a natural camaraderie, competition and fun that yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means. You could call it a โSport of Fitnessโ. The monthly payment plan is intended to produce commitment. If you pay for the month, you will train for the month. The more you make it to class, the more fit and better you will become at all the functional movements. And that is the goal! Weight loss, Strength, and overall conditioning will be a result of the intensity of the class. You also want to help these achievements along by eating meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. We will practice major lifts: Deadlifts, cleans, squats, and presses. Master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, push-ups, sit-ups and handstands. We will Bike, run, swim, well maybe not swim, and row, HARD and FAST! Mixing these elements in as many combinations as possible will produce the best results. Remember, Routine is the enemy! So proud of my nephew!
At 9 years old he set a goal โ and today heโs living it. After a stellar senior season with 1,900 all-purpose yards, heโs officially heading to play D1 football next year.
This is what happens when you have a plan, stay focused, and put in the work. ๐๐พ
