Today was such a special day at Maxey! 💙💛

We were so excited to welcome back 10 of our graduating Senior Wildcats for our annual Senior Walk! Our seniors spent the afternoon adopting Wildcats, touring their old stomping grounds, reconnecting with staff members they remembered, and joining our 5th graders for their clap out. 🐾🎓

Seeing our former students walk the halls one last time as graduating seniors was truly unforgettable. We are so proud of the amazing young adults they have become and honored to have been part of their journey.

Friday wrapped up our Teacher Appreciation Week in the most AMAZON way! 📦💙

Our Friday theme was “Our Staff is Amazon!” because our Maxey staff delivers greatness every single day!

We started the morning with a fresh fruit and yogurt bar featuring beautiful fruit trays from Green & Co! 🍓🍍🥣

For lunch, the Barnes Family and their hot dog company absolutely WOWED our staff by bringing the coolest inflatable hot dog stand! 🌭🎉 Our staff was completely floored, and it made lunchtime so much fun!

To top off an amazing week, every staff member got to take home a h, family, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this Teacher Appreciation Week unforgettable. It’s so AMAZON that you chose to support Maxey, and we are incredibly grateful for the love shown to our Wildcats this week! 🐾💛

Thursday was another WILD day of celebrating our amazing Maxey staff during Teacher Appreciation Week! 🐾💚

We started the morning with delicious croffles (croissant waffles) for breakfast! A huge thank you to Chef Dr. Brown and Chef Mr. Carter for helping make the morning extra special for our staff. 🧇✨

Lunch only got better when our wonderful admin team created a beautiful wild food table complete with a sandwich snake from Fresh & Co! 🥪🐍 Thank you for supporting our Maxey Wildcats and helping make this week so memorable.

This week has truly been amazing, and we are so grateful for everyone who helped us celebrate the incredible teachers and staff who make Maxey so special! 💛

🦁🍩 Wednesday’s Teacher Appreciation theme was “We’re Seriously Not Lion… We Donut Know What We’d Do Without You!” 🍩🦁

Maxey PTA started the morning by treating our amazing staff to the Wildcat Café ☕🐾 featuring coffee generously donated by Starbucks along with all the yummy fixings to help everyone start the day right!

A sweet thank you to Dunkin for donating delicious donuts for our staff to enjoy too! 🍩💚

For lunch, we invited our teachers and staff to the Lion’s Den for an incredible meal featuring jerk chicken and more! 🌴🔥

🐦💚 Tuesday’s Teacher Appreciation theme was “Wake Up the Birds and Tweet This…” because our Maxey staff flies WAY above the rest! 💚🐦

We started the morning with delicious breakfast sandwiches thanks to Maxey Administration and Eggs Up Grill! 🍳🥪

Then Maxey PTA came through alongside Texas Roadhouse to provide an amazing potato bar lunch for our incredible teachers and staff! 🥔✨

Maxey PTA also partnered with LiveTrends in Winter Garden to gift each staff member a wild-themed plant to take home — the perfect reminder of how much they are appreciated! 🪴🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our staff feel so loved and appreciated this week. We are so grateful for the support poured into the people who help our students soar every single day! 🦅

Monday’s theme was “Don’t Feed the Animals They Say…” — but our staff is NACHO average staff, so we made sure they were well fed! 🌿🦒🧀

Teachers and staff enjoyed delicious breakfast pastries and cookies in the morning, followed by an awesome nacho bar lunch! Thank you for your generous donations and support of our incredible educators. Your kindness helped make the day extra special! 🐆🍪🌮
