WJ is now reading words with OW. He is 5 years old.

E has completed 12 sessions and can now read CCVCC words, like snack. Typically, it takes an average of 36 sessions to complete my phonics program.

It is wonderful to see that K is experiencing such positive results from vision therapy. Often, I will refer students to a developmental optometrist if I notice a studrbt having difficultly tracking, losing place, skipping words/lines, reversing letters, poor comprehension, reluctance to read, complaints of headaches, dizziness, watery eyes, or eye strain/fatigue, particularly during or after near work.

Z is learning how to create different combinations of coins to make a certain value, like 12 cents.

“Actually I want 4.” 🤣 I love it. She is developing a good understanding of basic fractions.

S, a 2nd grader, now has a very good understanding of basic fractions, which will allow me to continue to build on fractions.

A is now transitioning from using manipulatives to drawing visual models to represent fractions and to show understanding of basic 3rd grade fractions. Moving from hands-on tools to drawing visual models is a crucial step in helping my students develop a deep understanding of fractions.

Now thst V has completed my phonics program, she is now writing a descriptive memoir of her trip to Miami.
