Immediate Childcare openings for kiddos over 2 years of age!!
About:
Bright Beginnings Childcare is about giving children the attention they need to creatively grow. We are a safe play- based childcare that allows children to expand their creativity, social and emotional development. We believe that children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities. By building on each child’s strengths, interests and curiosities, we guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships.
Meals: We serve high quality meals to help children of all ages to receive the vitamins and nutrients their bodies need to grow. Our program participates in the USDA food program that serves children thousands of meals each year and helps providers serve children the appropriate meals, snacks, and drinks.
Activities:
We believe that children need as much activity as possible. We encourage children to get at least 4 hours of physical activity per day. Some of the activities we do include dancing, singing, outdoor play, riding bikes, jumping, and climbing. We also work on our fine motor and gross motor skills through activities such as cutting for age appropriate children, writing, and turnings pages in books, hopping on one foot, running obstacles and so much more.
Why Bright Beginnings?
As a mother of three beautiful children I understand how scary it can be for parents to leave their children. This is only one reason I decided to quit my job outside of the home to become state licensed. My program is not just a place where families drop their children off to be watched during the time they are at work. My program is a home away from home, a safe and fun environment! Children are always treated like family here and given the best quality care any parent could ask for. I believe that it is important for families and their children to be comfortable wherever they are, for children be happy and be able to grow into their own unique and creative little selves. For just these few reasons are reasons that my program is so highly rated by families that enroll in my program!!

When our son first started a year ago under Amanda’s care, he was quiet, social skills undeveloped, and unsure if he wanted to have mommy and daddy leave. (he was 2, and we were his whole world) Today, it takes bribery to get him to leave. Full on negotiation skills are required for him to wanna leave. He loves it there! The change in our sons listening skills, social skills and interaction with others....night and day. Amanda has been wonderful! She is super flexible and works with parents to "work as a team". We have only been taking our son to Bright Beginnings for a short amount of time, but it has been the best experience I believe we could have thus far. We took my shy almost 2 year old for a meet and greet before he would potentially start daycare here. Within the first 10 minutes, he let Amanda hold him, show him, around and made himself right at home. He looks forward to going there every day now.
