All parishioners and school families are invited to attend this special farewell reception to share gratitude, prayers, and best wishes. Those who are able are welcome to bring a dish or beverage to share, but your presence is the greatest gift of all.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us today—former and current students, classmates, colleagues, families, friends, and members of the Our Lady of Mercy community. It was especially heartwarming to welcome an alum from more than 40 years ago, and one of Ms. Degnan’s classmates from Bishop McGuinness! The impact she’s had on so many is evident, and the sincere love and admiration for Ms. Degnan was palpable!

For 42 years, Ms. Degnan has embodied the heart of Mercy through her faith, compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to her students. While she will be greatly missed in the classroom, her influence will continue to live on through the countless students and families she has inspired over the years.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so special. Today’s reception was a beautiful testament to the extraordinary impact Ms. Degnan has had across generations. 🩵🐎

Rain may have changed our plans, but it didn’t stop the fun! ☔🍕🎬🎲🃏🍧

While the picnic moved indoors, our students still enjoyed an amazing day filled with classroom movies, board games, Kona Ice, and plenty of pizza! Most importantly, it was a wonderful day of laughter, friendship, and fellowship as we approach the end of a great school year.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day special for our students — rain or shine, it was a day to remember! 💙🐎

We’re so sorry the weather isn’t cooperating for tomorrow’s field day and picnic, but the PTO will still be treating all students to pizza and Kona Ice! 🎉

A big THANK YOU to the parents who signed up to bring drinks — beverages are still very much appreciated and will help make our pizza lunch extra special for the students. 💙

It's almost time for the end-of-year picnic/field day! The PTO is excited to provide inflatable games, pizza lunch, and Kona Ice for all students as we celebrate a wonderful school year together.

To help make the day a success, we are looking for volunteers to assist with games and lunch activities. Make sure to log your final volunteer hours by the last day of school!
