The PROMISE Study is actively recruiting postdocs holding MD, PhD, MD/PhD or DO degrees​ from racially/ethnically underrepresented groups, including south Asians, to participate. Our study is funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and designed to promote the success of underrepresented (UR) researchers in the biomedical workforce. Our study involves peer group mentoring with discussions facilitated by senior UR researchers, with the goal of enhancing scholarly output and academic advancement of URM postdocs and junior faculty.
