Son Shine Daycare

I want to wish my Son Shine staff and families a Blessed Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you and thankful for the support you have given me and my family this year! I love you guys and gals!!❤️❤️❤️

With these weather conditions unfortunately we are having to close. I am having to send teachers home that live in Lexington area

We will open regular time today, Thursday, February 20th.

We will be operating our regular hours tomorrow. Be careful on the road to the daycare. It is slushy this afternoon and will refreeze tonight. Please use the drive thru to atleast drop your child off in the morning. Please Do not drive to the back of the building for drop off in the morning.

Friday, January 10th - we are opening at the regular time. When the snow begins it will mostly likely stick immediately because it has been so cold. Please use good judgement in making plans to pick up your child according to the weather.

Happy 30 Years!!! This once was a dream and now is reality!!! Thank you Brad Wilkes for helping my dreams come true. I could not have done this without you! It has been a blessing to serve families and to watch the kids we once cared for bring their kids today!! We love each and every one! Praise the Lord for the first 30 years and anticipate what He will bless us with in the future!

Yesterday: This day has been long and God has been at work!! He worked through each surgeon today. They were able to remove 99.9% of the cancer. He will be having immune therapy treatments later. GOD IS SO GOOD and faithful to His children. Thanks for all the prayers prayed today and the past month! I love my family, daycare family and friends! ❤️❤️❤️

To all my Moms! I hope and pray that y’all each have a wonderful Mother’s Day! I know some days are struggles but Girls, y’all have this! Count your days as being blessed! I love each of you!

Happy Birthday Son Shine! We have been open for 28 years today! We have had so many opportunities to serve our families and really have become a large family! The Lord has truly blessed Brad and I with a great staff and precious children. May He continue to bless us! Taking care of babies and watching them grow into young adults and then bringing their children to us is such a blessing. ❤️my families!!!❤️❤️❤️

Thank you! Thank You! THANK YOU! We appreciate you everyone that came out yesterday to Luke’s Benefit Dinner. I want to thank everyone that was involved to the ones who planned it and carried it out, to the ones who cooked the chicken, to the ones who baked all those desserts, to the ones who set up, to the vendors who set up, to the ones who fixed the dessert plates, to the ones who served, to the ones stayed to clean. A special thank you to the ones who walked through the doors to support Luke. The Stanleys will be able to use the money to pay some of the bills coming in. We raised over $5300 for them. We are very blessed to have family and friends to give us that support. ❤️❤️
