👓 Free Eye Exams & Glasses Available!

Northwest Middle School families, take advantage of this FREE eye care opportunity for children and adults! Through a partnership with Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, and Forsyth County Department of Public Health, qualifying individuals can receive a free eye exam and glasses.

📅 Dates: October 6–8, 2026
🕘 Time: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
📍 Location: WS/FCS Education Building, 4801 Bethania Station Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105
📌 Appointments are required.

Who may qualify?

Children and adults age 5 and older
Households that meet federal income guidelines
Individuals without medical insurance that covers vision exams and/or glasses
Children may have Medicaid or FCHVP
A patient or parent/guardian must provide consent
