Great news! Priyasha has a home for the summer with a professor.

we have a special opportunity to support one of our incredible students this summer 💙

We have a current international student (truly one of the most delightful and trustworthy students — highly recommended by faculty and a dean!) who has secured a paid internship with Volvo Trucks in Greensboro this summer.

She is looking for free housing from early May through mid-August (after classes end until the fall semester begins). She will handle her own transportation to and from work via Uber, so proximity is helpful but not required.

Ideally, she is hoping for a room with a private bathroom in a welcoming home.
If you have space (or even a lead) and would be open to hosting, please message me directly and I will connect you.

Reunion Weekend 2026 is April 17 & 18 and we’re looking for 2–3 volunteers to help make it extra special!

Volunteer shifts are just 2–3 hours, and even helping with one shift would make a huge difference.

Salem’s May Dell Cleanup
this Sunday, March 29
3 pm-5 pm
Meet at Salem’s May Dell (of course!)

Salem will provide snacks and water for a small picnic after the May Dell Cleanup. They’ll also provide all materials needed, including trash bags, grabbers, and gloves.

Things to bring:
-A full water bottle
-Shoes that can withstand waterlogging (boots, preferably!)
-Sunscreen
-Clothes that you're fine with getting dirty

The Salem College students have invited all of us as local alumnae to join them at this special event next week.

Tomorrow is our annual Christmas Candlelight service. This is open to all Salem alumnae. Please join us and bring a friend too!

Come by the Salem Craft Fair today in the FAC. I’ve made some neat goodies!

We hope you will be with us for the gorgeous candlelight service this Thursday at 4:15pm. Service is held in the Hanes Auditorium of the Fine Arts Center.

Please join me at the holiday craft fair this Wednesday at the FAC. Students, faculty and staff will be selling their goodies. Bring a friend and we will see you there.
