North Carolina BBQ. Society was established by James (Jim) Early to focus on North Carolina BBQ by offering two day BBQ Boot Camp classes.

The classes were offered instruction of whole hog, pork butt, ribs, brisket,chicken. Since Jims passing NCBS ceased. North Carolina is the “Cradle of Cue.” http://ncbbqsociety.com It all started on our shores.
