As an Instructor, we do our best to "reach" our students. Explain things in a way that makes sense to the them so that they hopefully recall their training in an emergency. Many times we never know if we made the connection. We pack up and head to the next class and again, hope. Which leads us to wonder, "I am making the difference that I am trying to make?" "Is what I am doing worth all the effort?"

Then we get that one phone call. The call from just one student that we "reached". To let us know that their training worked! That their loved one survived a Widow Maker because he knew what to do when it mattered!
