Drama Alum is in an online play festival!
Linnea is in “Each One, Teach One” and “Waste of a Good Wig.” The festival is a collaboration between Two Strikes Theatre Collective and Strand Theater Company comprised of 10 original 10 minute plays all written by emerging black female playwrights.

CONGRATS TO ON HIS FIRST DAY OF GRAD SCHOOL! UNCSA Directing Alum Carlo Feliciani Ojeda has moved to East London and is attending a 2 year MFA program in Loughton, Essex !!!
We are so excited for him! We will be sure to post updates to this page, so everyone can support him on this exciting new chapter :)

UNCSA drama 2020 alum Katelyn Kelley () has created an online clothing store, Art School Kat () Her store includes: clothing designed and made by Katelyn using recycled material, custom embroidery, vintage fashion, and current trends.

“Creating one-of-a-kind sustainable fashion has always been a dream of mine. Since being home, my mom has taught me how to sew, and I can’t stop. I love using items that are meant to be one thing and creating a whole new piece. It’s honestly been my creative lifeline during this time, and now I can’t imagine not having it in my life.”

UNCSA drama 2020 alum Lance Smith has always been an incredibly talented musician and singer, so it’s no surprise that he has started making his own music!! Lance has two songs out and more in the works! Listen and follow him on Spotify! I will put a link in our bio to easily access his page.
In addition, Lance has moved to Los Angeles!!! We want to send him support and love has he begins a new chapter. He has been collaborating with other drama alumni that are out there. We love our uncsa community. Especially now, it is so nice to have so many wonderful pickles that are ready to welcome, and support each other. If you are in the LA area, reach out!

That’s a wrap!
Although it wasn’t a tradition graduation, we want to thank everyone who helped make it feel special. With all that we have missed out on, we have gained even more precious moments that we will take with us. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to all the faculty, UNCSA alum, Scott Ziegler, and the amazing parents for your unconditional love and support.

We have done so much over these past four years. Thank you for accepted students weekend, dinners in the caf, dance parties on the hill, man with a knife, fight night, all of bob’s masks, two rooms and a boom, intensive arts, Carlo’s cooking, poem day, Krisha’s dance class, 432 parties, Bob Krakower, bonfires, Dutch Blitz, RATS, Lance’s music, beaux arts, keys, main stages, creative practice, lessons we learned from Josh💕, singing demos, NC state fair, ArtistCorps, Cabaret, Boxing training, phonetic pillows, artists of color, The shrek party, and much much much more. But most of all, thank you to all the UNCSA students that inspired us along the way.

You have not seen the last of us!

We hope you are all staying safe and healthy during these difficult times. We wanted to update you on how this has affected our final year at UNCSA and the plan moving forward:
The class of 2020’s journey is just beginning. Thanks to dedicated faculty members, and on camera teacher Bob Krakower, we will be sending our showcase material via self tape to everyone who was originally invited to our NY and LA showcase. In addition, we will have a live showcase in LA and NY sometime next school year. We are incredibly grateful to the school for giving us the tools we need to step into the next chapter of our lives. Many of us are remaining in Winston for the time being. We will continue to use this platform to update you all on our journeys
