to TLC’s Global Cuisine Night! 🌍🍚🐏

A couple of weeks ago, our TLC Community gathered to explore cultures from around the world through food. Students had the opportunity to learn how to make different cultural versions of rice while discovering the herbs, flavors, and traditions that make each dish unique.

A special thank you to The StockPot Co. for coming out to demonstrate these dishes and share your knowledge with our Rams. Events like this help expand cultural awareness while bringing our community together one dish at a time. ❤️🖤🤍

to our Spring Break Survival Games! 🐏🎉❤️🖤🤍

Rams showed up and showed out as we geared up for Spring Break! Thank you to all of our campus partners who helped make this event a success and ensured students had the tools and resources to have fun while staying safe and informed.

From interactive activities to meaningful conversations, this event was all about preparing Rams to celebrate responsibly and protect their wellbeing.

A special thank you to our partners from Interpersonal Violence Prevention, Counseling Services, Student Health, Title IX, Student Conduct, and Campus Police for helping equip our community for a safe and successful break.

To close out Black History Month, our HRL Themed Living Community Scholars showed up for Community Roots Day hosted by Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful 🌱
Just 10 minutes from Winston-Salem State University, students served in the Kimberly Park area and learned about the realities of food deserts and how access to healthy food impacts community health.
They also told the story themselves. 🎥✨
