The Winston Salem Suzuki School advanced students performed their Renaissance repertoire at the Redeemer School Shakespeare Festival this spring. Providing frequent “real" reasons to perform goes a long way in developing our students' musical artistry.

Congratulations to my eighth grade student Emile Thaxton, who just got accepted to the North Carolina School of the Arts guitar program! What a package deal! From now on free guitar lessons and a guaranteed free ride to any state university in North Carolina in any subject!
One of the kids in group class forgot to bring a chair, so we did an impromptu moonwalk song laying on our backs! We also did twinkle this way as well.
From 6 to 16 — these are the fruits of consistent practice!
