Friday, March 6th – Sunday, March 8th – GOYA Lenten Retreat at Diakonia Center – If your child would like to attend the retreat, please let Fay Ballas know by March 1st. For every 10 Goyans we need to have one Female and one Male advisor / chaperone. Please let me know if you would like to be a chaperone. Cost per attendee is $75.

Apparel with our church name/goya youth logo, screen printed on the front is now available to purchase. Items can also be personalized with each Goyans last name. The following items are available to order in navy and dark gray: t-shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, hooded sweatshirt and full zip hooded sweatshirt. You can order and pay directly on the site. Deadline to place order will be Sunday, December 8th at 5:00 pm. Items will be delivered and distributed at our church before WYR. These items are not only for goyans that are attending WYR. WYR Registration is Open!!! Prices increase in Nov 11!!!

Good morning. This Saturday, October 19th we are planning on taking the Goyans hiking at Hanging Rock State Park. We will be hiking anywhere from 3-5 miles. Bottled waters and snacks will be provided. If your child would like to bring their own snacks, they may do so. Depending on how long it takes to finish hike, we plan on returning to the church by 1:00 pm. If your child is interested in participating, please contact me no later than Wednesday, October 16th.

Schedule
Arrive at church at 8:00 am
Depart from church by 8:30 am
Hike 9:30-12:00
Arrive back to church at 1:00 pm

*** Please have your children wear appropriate shoes for hiking.
