Heyyyyy everyone! I’m Lakeisha, owner of J & A Training Services and an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer.

From First Aid, CPR & AED to North Carolina Notary, I absolutely love what I get to do every day! Teaching isn’t just my career, it’s my calling💕. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people build confidence, learn new skills, and leave my classroom feeling empowered.

Whether I’m teaching someone how to save a life, become a notary, or take the next step as an instructor, my goal is always the same: to create a welcoming, engaging learning experience where everyone feels encouraged to succeed.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me volunteering in the community, working toward my degree in Adult Education, or finding new ways to better serve others.

I truly believe that education changes lives and I thank God every day that He allows me to be a small part of someone’s journey. ❤️
