The Highlander Transition Academy (HTA) provides students with disabilities ages 18-21 with multiple modalities for fostering greater independence.

The Highlander Transition Academy (HTA) is a transition program intended for students ages 18 to 21 with exceptionalities who require specialized instruction and support with vocational training, post secondary exploration, adaptive daily living skills, functional academics, and other specialized skills required for students to be as independent as possible upon graduation from HTA.
